End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Terror LLC ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of TrumpAccount ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Important Disclaimers

TrumpAccount is NOT affiliated with the United States government, the IRS, or any government agency. The App is an independent third-party tool designed to help families track and project 530A children's savings account contributions.

TrumpAccount does NOT provide financial, tax, or investment advice. All projections, calculations, and estimates are for informational purposes only and are based on hypothetical rates of return. Actual investment performance may vary significantly. Consult a qualified financial advisor or tax professional before making investment decisions.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
• Represent the App as an official government product or service

4. Financial Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The App provides estimated projections based on hypothetical rates of return (conservative 6%, moderate 8%, aggressive 10%) that may not reflect actual market conditions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• The App does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice
• You are solely responsible for verifying contribution limits, eligibility requirements, and tax implications with the IRS or a qualified professional
• 530A account rules, limits, and eligibility may change based on legislation
• The $1,000 government seed deposit amount and eligibility displayed in the App is based on current legislation and may be subject to change

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• TrumpAccount offers optional premium subscriptions that provide access to additional features and functionality.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all graphics, user interface, and content, is owned by Terror LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS, CALCULATIONS, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERROR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
