Loki ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application developed by Terror LLC that helps Trading Card Game players track financial transactions, tournament matches, and player statistics. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address (or a private relay address) and a unique user identifier. We use this solely to create and manage your account.
• Financial Logs: Transaction records you enter, including transaction type (buy, sell, trade, lend, borrow), product names, quantities, amounts, trade partner names, dates, and notes.
• Tournament & Match Data: Event names, venues, tournament formats, deck/leader choices, match results (win/loss), round details, and performance notes that you enter.
• Profile Data: Your favorite leaders, subscription status, and onboarding preferences.
• Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Loki Premium, purchase and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat and Apple's or Google's in-app purchase system.
• Anonymous Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data to improve app stability and performance. This includes a randomly generated device identifier, device model, operating system version, app session duration, screen views, and crash/error reports. This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and provide app functionality
• To store and display your financial logs and transaction history
• To record and analyze your tournament and match performance
• To generate player statistics and insights based on your data
• To manage your subscription status

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication, database, data storage, anonymous analytics, and crash reporting. All user data is isolated via Row Level Security. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Sentry: Error and crash monitoring to improve app stability. Sentry may collect device information and crash reports but does not collect personal user data.
• Apple Sign In / Google Sign In: Authentication

Data Retention

Your account data, financial logs, tournament records, and match history are retained as long as your account is active. Anonymous analytics data is stored securely on our infrastructure and is not linked to your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your financial and tournament data is private to your account. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide app functionality.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), OAuth-based authentication (no passwords stored), Row Level Security for data isolation, and access controls to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

Loki is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
