Account & Data Deletion

Loki respects your right to delete your account and data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion.

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly from the app:

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us at:

Include the following in your request:

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your account profile (email, user ID, favorite leaders, subscription status)
All financial transaction logs (purchases, sales, trades, lending records, expenses)
All tournament and event records (events, rounds, match results, prizes, notes)
All associated statistics and achievement progress
Your iCloud-synced data (where applicable)

We may retain the following for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Anonymous analytics — Aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to your identity
Purchase records — Subscription transaction records retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for tax and accounting compliance (these are governed by their respective privacy policies)
Backup snapshots — May persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To cancel your Loki Premium subscription:

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Loki → Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Loki → Cancel

We recommend canceling your subscription before deleting your account.
