ClearVoice Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ClearVoice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
ClearVoice is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is governed by these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.
3. Description of Service
ClearVoice is a voice clarity and background noise removal app that processes audio entirely on your device. The App allows you to:
- Record audio using your device's microphone
- Import audio files from your device
- Process audio to reduce background noise and enhance voice clarity
- Compare original and processed audio
- Export and share processed audio files
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Features: Audio recording and file import are available without a subscription.
- Premium Features: Voice enhancement processing requires an active subscription.
- Free Trial: A free trial period may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or through your App Store account settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to audio you record, import, and process using ClearVoice. The App does not claim any ownership or license to your content. All audio processing occurs locally on your device.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ClearVoice to:
- Process audio in violation of any applicable laws
- Record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ClearVoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that audio processing will produce specific results. The quality of noise removal depends on the input audio characteristics.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of ClearVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
