End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Terror LLC ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of BP Companion ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

3. Medical Disclaimer

BP Companion is NOT a medical device. The App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Blood pressure categories and insights displayed in the App are based on general guidelines published by the American Heart Association and are not personalized medical assessments.

You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by the App.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• BP Companion offers optional premium subscriptions that provide access to additional features and functionality.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Health Data

The App may access Apple HealthKit data with your permission. You acknowledge that:

• Health data accessed through HealthKit is handled in accordance with Apple's guidelines
• Health data is never used for advertising purposes
• You are responsible for the accuracy of manually entered readings
• The App's analysis of your health data is for informational purposes only

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all graphics, user interface, and content, is owned by Terror LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE APP IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR ANY HEALTH-RELATED DECISIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERROR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY HEALTH DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
