Ace ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application developed by Terror LLC that provides AI-powered pre-grade estimates for trading cards. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimer: Ace is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card game publisher, grading company, or intellectual property holder. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID email address (or a private relay address) and a unique user identifier. We use this solely to create and manage your account.
• Card Images: When you scan a card, the photos you take are uploaded to our servers for AI analysis. Images are associated with your account so you can view your scan history.
• Scan Results: Grading results, including grades, confidence scores, and notes, are stored and associated with your account.
• Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Ace Premium, purchase and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat and Apple's in-app purchase system.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and provide app functionality
• To analyze your card images and generate grading reports
• To manage your subscription status
• To maintain your scan history

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Card identification and grading analysis. Card images are sent to Anthropic's API for processing but are not stored by Anthropic beyond the request.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Apple Sign In: Authentication

Data Retention

Your account data, scan images, and grading results are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide app functionality.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

Ace is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
